Remember about six months ago Channel 4 showed a four-part special with super-chef/food-scientist Heston Blumenthal trying to save road side diner Little Chef?

Well tonight we get to find out if Heston’s attempted transformation of the British eating icon Little Chef was a success.

Something tells me he won’t be, but I will imagine it will have little to do with Heston and a lot to do with the idiot in charge of the Little Chef chain.

Did Heston Change Little Chef? Channel 4 tonight 9pm

    It was an interesting programme, but you have to wonder whether or not they will maintain the standards once Heston is out of the picture.
